My best friend was a world class cartoonist; & he had a drawing technique that, when viewed, instantaneously conveyed that a window was in fact a window. He would use a series of offset diagonal lines, inside the glass pane area.drawn at random lengths.& varying in how close together they were, in parallel. I have seen this 'hatch' elsewhere in cartoon use; & it is very effective in making the window pane look like real glass. Does anyone know where a pattern like this may be obtained? (to use in AutoCAD LT)?
